HDMI通信故障。电视HDMI端口无法与外部设备(机顶盒、游戏机、电脑等)建立正常通信,表现为无图像、间歇黑屏、闪烁或显示”无信号”但设备已开机。
常见原因
- HDMI线缆质量差或老化,TMDS差分信号衰减严重,数字通信误码率高
- 源设备HDMI输出分辨率/刷新率超出电视机支持范围(如4K 120Hz输入到仅支持60Hz的端口)
- HDMI端口的EDID(扩展显示标识数据)EEPROM数据损坏,源设备无法读取正确的显示能力
- 热插拔检测(HPD)线接触不良,电视未通知源设备已连接
- HDMI接口静电击穿,TMDS信号线对地阻抗异常或HDMI切换IC损坏
自助排查
- 更换一条已知完好的HDMI线缆,确认问题是否与线材有关
- 将源设备连接到电视的另一个HDMI端口,排除单一端口故障
- 降低源设备输出分辨率至1080P 60Hz,测试是否能正常显示
- 断开所有HDMI设备并拔掉电视电源3分钟后重新上电,彻底复位HDMI电路

Meaning
HDMI communication failure. The TV’s HDMI port cannot establish proper communication with an external device (set-top box, game console, PC). Symptoms include no image, intermittent black screen, flickering, or “No Signal” displayed while the source device is powered on.
Common Causes
- Poor-quality or aged HDMI cable with severe TMDS differential signal attenuation and high digital bit error rate
- Source output resolution/refresh rate exceeds the TV’s supported range (e.g. 4K 120Hz fed into a 60Hz-only port)
- Corrupted EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) EEPROM preventing the source from reading the correct display capabilities
- Faulty Hot Plug Detect (HPD) pin contact, so the TV does not notify the source of the connection
- ESD damage to the HDMI port: abnormal TMDS line impedance to ground or damaged HDMI switch IC
Self-Check Steps
- Try a known-good HDMI cable to determine whether the issue is cable-related
- Connect the source device to a different HDMI port on the TV to rule out a single-port fault
- Lower the source output resolution to 1080P 60Hz and test for stable display
- Disconnect all HDMI devices, unplug the TV for 3 minutes, then restore power to fully reset the HDMI circuitry
