常见原因
- 风扇电机轴承磨损或干涩导致转子卡滞
- 电机驱动控制板（MOSFET或驱动IC）烧毁
- 电机霍尔传感器损坏导致无转速反馈信号
- 风扇叶片积尘严重导致动平衡失调和噪音
- 电机绕组局部短路导致转速偏低且发热严重
自助排查
- 断电后手动拨动风扇叶片检查是否转动顺畅
- 听电机是否有”嗡嗡”声但不转动——可能是启动电容损坏
- 清洁风扇叶片上的积尘（使用软毛刷或压缩空气）
- 检查电机连接器是否牢固插入驱动板插座
- 测量电机供电电压是否正常——若供电正常但电机不转需更换电机

- Partial short circuit in the motor windings causing low speed and overheating
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and manually spin the fan blade to check for smooth rotation
- Listen for a humming sound from the motor without rotation — indicates a possible start capacitor fault
- Clean the fan blades with a soft brush or compressed air
- Verify the motor connector is fully seated on the driver board
- Measure motor supply voltage — if voltage is normal but the motor does not run, replace the motor assembly
