自助排查

  3. 断电后重新插拔UV灯管连接器
  4. 检查灯管两端是否有发黑——严重发黑表明电极已损耗
  5. 若灯管正常但UV故障仍在，需检查或更换镇流器

Self-Check Steps

  1. Look through the observation window in a dark room to check if the UV lamp glows (purple light)
  2. Check the purifier’s accumulated operating time against the UV lamp’s rated lifespan
  3. Power off, then reseat the UV lamp connector
  4. Inspect both ends of the lamp for severe blackening — indicates electrode depletion
  5. If the lamp appears good but the UV function is still flagged, inspect or replace the ballast
