常见原因

  1. 颗粒物传感器进风口被灰尘堵塞导致光路受阻
  2. 传感器内部激光二极管老化或损坏
  3. 传感器风扇（如有）停转导致气流无法进入检测腔
  4. 传感器排线松动或插头氧化接触不良
  5. 高湿度环境导致传感器内部结露影响光学测量

自助排查

  1. 使用软毛刷或压缩空气清洁颗粒物传感器进出风口
  2. 将净化器置于清洁环境中运行30分钟，观察数值是否恢复
  3. 检查传感器模块连接排线是否插紧
  4. 在干燥环境中运行——相对湿度超过85%时传感器可能暂时异常
  5. 若清洁后仍无读数，需更换颗粒物传感器模块

  3. Internal sensor fan (if present) stopped, preventing airflow through the detection chamber
  4. Loose or oxidized sensor ribbon cable connector
  5. Condensation inside the sensor due to high humidity affecting optical measurements

Self-Check Steps

  1. Clean the particle sensor’s inlet and outlet openings using a soft brush or compressed air
  2. Run the purifier in a clean environment for 30 minutes and observe if readings stabilize
  3. Check that the sensor module connector is fully seated on the main board
  4. Operate in a drier environment — relative humidity above 85% can cause temporary sensor anomalies
  5. If cleaning does not restore readings, replace the particle sensor module
