- UV灯管寿命耗尽——典型工作寿命约8000-10000小时
- UV灯管两端电极老化或灯丝断裂
- UV灯管镇流器/电子触发器损坏
- UV灯管连接器松动或接触不良
- UV灯管玻璃管破裂漏气
自助排查
- 在黑暗环境中透过观察窗查看UV灯是否亮起（紫色光）
- 记录净化器累计使用时间，判断UV灯是否超过使用寿命
- 断电后重新插拔UV灯管连接器
- 检查灯管两端是否有发黑——严重发黑表明电极已损耗
- 若灯管正常但UV故障仍在，需检查或更换镇流器

UV sterilization lamp anomaly. The purifier’s UV-C lamp fails to illuminate or the sterilization function is inactive.
Common Causes
- UV lamp reached end of service life — typically 8,000-10,000 operating hours
- Aged or broken electrode filaments at both ends of the lamp
- Faulty UV lamp ballast or electronic igniter
- Loose or corroded UV lamp connector socket
- Cracked or broken UV lamp tube causing gas leakage
Self-Check Steps
- Look through the observation window in a dark room to check if the UV lamp glows (purple light)
- Check the purifier’s accumulated operating time against the UV lamp’s rated lifespan
- Power off, then reseat the UV lamp connector
- Inspect both ends of the lamp for severe blackening — indicates electrode depletion
- If the lamp appears good but the UV function is still flagged, inspect or replace the ballast
