Self-Check Steps
- Gently press the TAB bonding area along the screen edge and observe if lines temporarily disappear
- Reseat the screen cable and clean the gold-plated contacts with isopropyl alcohol
- Inspect the screen surface for cracks, impact marks, or liquid crystal leakage
- Test with an external source to rule out main board or input signal issues
