电源板故障。电视机完全不通电、开机后自动关机、或使用中频繁重启。

常见原因

  1. 电源板主保险丝熔断——多为后级短路导致
  2. 初级侧大电解电容鼓包或漏液失去滤波能力
  3. PWM电源管理IC损坏导致待机电压异常
  4. 开关管或整流二极管击穿短路
  5. 次级侧输出电容老化导致电压纹波过大触发保护

自助排查

  1. 确认电源线两端插紧，测试墙插是否有电
  2. 检查电源板上保险丝是否熔断（目视熔丝断开或发黑）
  3. 观察电源板电容顶部是否鼓包或漏液
  4. 测量待机电压（通常为3.3VSB或5VSB）是否正常
  5. 若保险丝熔断或电容鼓包，更换同规格配件并检查后级短路

Power supply failure. The TV has no power at all, shuts down shortly after turning on, or reboots repeatedly during use.

  1. Blown main fuse on the PSU board — usually caused by a short circuit downstream
  2. Bulging or leaking primary-side electrolytic capacitors losing filtering capacity
  3. Failed PWM power management IC causing abnormal standby voltage
  4. Short-circuited switching MOSFET or rectifier diode
  5. Aging secondary-side output capacitors producing excessive ripple that triggers protection

Self-Check Steps

  1. Ensure the power cord is fully inserted at both ends and test the wall outlet with another device
  2. Visually inspect the PSU fuse — a blown fuse appears broken or blackened
  3. Check the tops of electrolytic capacitors for bulging or leakage
  4. Measure the standby voltage (typically 3.3VSB or 5VSB) with a multimeter
  5. If the fuse is blown or capacitors are bulging, replace with matching specs and check for downstream shorts
