TDS传感器故障。总溶解固体（TDS）检测探头无法正常读取数据，显示值持续为0或异常偏高。

常见原因

  1. TDS探头电极表面结垢——钙镁离子沉积形成绝缘层
  2. TDS探头连接排线受潮腐蚀导致开路或短路
  3. 探头安装腔体内有空气泡——影响电极与水接触
  4. TDS传感器电路基准电压漂移
  5. 探头电极本身腐蚀或损耗

自助排查

  1. 拆下TDS探头——浸泡在柠檬酸溶液中30分钟去除水垢
  2. 用软毛刷轻轻刷洗探头电极表面
  3. 检查探头连接排线是否腐蚀或插针氧化
  4. 重新安装探头确保密封良好——排出腔内空气
  5. 用标准TDS溶液测试探头——无效则更换传感器

  5. Corroded or worn probe electrodes

Self-Check Steps

  1. Remove the TDS probe and soak in citric acid solution for 30 minutes to descale
  2. Gently brush the probe electrode surfaces with a soft brush
  3. Inspect the probe cable for corrosion or oxidized pins
  4. Reinstall the probe ensuring a good seal — purge any trapped air from the chamber
  5. Test the probe with a standard TDS calibration solution — replace if unresponsive
