常见原因
- TDS探头电极表面结垢——钙镁离子沉积形成绝缘层
- TDS探头连接排线受潮腐蚀导致开路或短路
- 探头安装腔体内有空气泡——影响电极与水接触
- TDS传感器电路基准电压漂移
- 探头电极本身腐蚀或损耗
自助排查
- 拆下TDS探头——浸泡在柠檬酸溶液中30分钟去除水垢
- 用软毛刷轻轻刷洗探头电极表面
- 检查探头连接排线是否腐蚀或插针氧化
- 重新安装探头确保密封良好——排出腔内空气
- 用标准TDS溶液测试探头——无效则更换传感器

TDS sensor failure. The total dissolved solids probe cannot read data normally — the displayed value stays at zero or is abnormally high.
Common Causes
- Scaled TDS probe electrodes — calcium/magnesium deposits forming an insulating layer
- Corrosion-damaged probe ribbon cable causing open or short circuit
- Air bubbles trapped in the probe chamber preventing electrode-water contact
- Reference voltage drift in the TDS sensor circuit
- Corroded or worn probe electrodes
Self-Check Steps
- Remove the TDS probe and soak in citric acid solution for 30 minutes to descale
- Gently brush the probe electrode surfaces with a soft brush
- Inspect the probe cable for corrosion or oxidized pins
- Reinstall the probe ensuring a good seal — purge any trapped air from the chamber
- Test the probe with a standard TDS calibration solution — replace if unresponsive
