E12表示空调变频驱动板的直流母线电压检测值超出正常范围。直流母线电压是变频电路整流后的内部直流电压,正常情况下应为交流输入电压的1.4倍左右(约310V)。
常见原因
- 输入电源电压异常(过高或过低)导致直流母线电压跟随异常。
- 整流桥堆中某个二极管击穿(开路或短路),导致母线电压脉动增大或偏低。
- 母线滤波电容(电解电容)容量下降或漏液,导致电压纹波增大。
- 电压检测电路的分压电阻老化变值,向主控芯片发送错误电压信号。
- 变频板负载异常(压缩机或风机故障)导致母线上电压波动过大。
自助排查
- 关闭空调电源并断开室外机电源,等待30分钟让电容放电。
- 用万用表测量室外机接线端子的输入电压是否在正常范围内。
- 直流母线涉及高压,不建议无经验用户自行测量。
- 如果输入电压正常但E12仍然出现,需联系售后检测变频板上的整流滤波电路。
- 更换整流桥或滤波电容需专业维修。

Meaning
E12 indicates that the DC link voltage measurement on the A/C inverter drive board is outside the normal range. The DC link voltage is the internal DC voltage after rectification, normally about 1.4 times the AC input voltage (approx. 310V).
Common Causes
- Abnormal input power supply voltage (too high or low) causing the DC link voltage to follow abnormally.
- A diode in the rectifier bridge has failed (open or short), causing increased ripple or low voltage.
- The DC bus filter capacitor (electrolytic) has degraded or is leaking, increasing voltage ripple.
- The voltage detection divider resistors have aged and drifted, sending incorrect voltage signals to the main chip.
- Abnormal inverter board load (compressor or fan fault) causing excessive voltage fluctuation on the bus.
Self-Check Steps
- Turn off A/C and disconnect outdoor unit power, wait 30 minutes for capacitor discharge.
- Use a multimeter to measure the input voltage at the outdoor unit terminals — confirm it is within the normal range.
- DC bus involves high voltage — inexperienced users should not attempt measurement.
- If input voltage is normal but E12 persists, contact service to test the rectifier/filter circuit on the inverter board.
- Replacing the rectifier bridge or filter capacitor requires professional repair.
