AE表示洗衣机主控板与变频驱动板之间的通讯异常。三星变频洗衣机通过通讯总线在主控板和变频板之间传输转速、电流等控制信号。当通讯中断或数据错误时，主控板无法控制电机运转。
常见原因
- 主控板与变频板之间的线束连接器松动、氧化或进水。
- 线束内部导线断裂（特别是在弯折处或靠近振动源的位置）。
- 变频板上通讯光耦或隔离元件损坏。
- 主控板上通讯接口电路元件故障。

自助排查
- 拔掉电源插头，等待5分钟让控制板电容放电后重新插电，观察故障是否消除。

- 检查线束是否有明显破损、烧焦或进水痕迹。
- 用手轻拉各连接器，确认没有松动或脱落。

Meaning
AE indicates a communication error between the washer main control board and the inverter drive board. In Samsung inverter washers, the main board and inverter board exchange control signals (speed, current) via a communication bus. When communication is interrupted or data is corrupted, the main board cannot control the motor.
Common Causes
- Loose, oxidized, or moisture-damaged connectors between the main and inverter boards.
- Broken internal wires in the harness (especially at bend points or near vibration sources).
- Damaged communication optocoupler or isolation components on the inverter board.
- Faulty communication interface circuit on the main board.
- Abnormal power supply to the inverter board preventing communication.
Self-Check Steps
- Unplug the washer for 5 minutes and re-plug; check if the code clears.
- Remove the rear cover of the washer, locate the main and inverter boards, and check the interconnecting harness and connectors.
- Inspect the harness for visible damage, burning, or moisture ingress.
- Gently tug on each connector to confirm they are fully seated.
- If the fault persists, contact Samsung to replace the communication harness or inverter board.
