2. 门锁内部弹簧断裂或变形，锁舌无法回弹。
3. 门锁连接线束短路或开路，控制板无法向门锁发送解锁信号。

自助排查

1. 拔掉电源插头，等待2-5分钟后重新插电，尝试运行一个排水程序后再按暂停键，看门锁能否释放。
2. 如果洗衣机内还有水且无法开门，先手动排水（通过残渣过滤器）后再尝试。
3. 用手轻拍门锁附近区域，有时振动可帮助卡滞的锁舌复位。
4. 如果环境温度低于0℃，用吹风机（热风档）对着门锁区域吹2-3分钟，使内部冰融化。
5. 以上方法均无效时，门锁机械组件已损坏，需联系售后更换门锁。注意：切勿强行撬门，会导致门体或面板损坏。

2. Broken or deformed lock spring preventing latch retraction.
3. Short or open circuit in the lock wiring preventing the unlock signal from reaching the lock.
4. Ice inside the lock mechanism (in low-temperature environments) freezing the latch.
5. Damaged door lock drive circuit on the main board.

Self-Check Steps

1. Unplug the washer for 2-5 minutes, re-plug, try running a drain cycle, then press Pause to see if the lock releases.
2. If water is in the tub, manually drain through the debris filter first, then retry.
3. Gently tap the area around the door lock — vibration can sometimes help a stuck latch reset.
4. If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, use a hair dryer (hot setting) on the lock area for 2-3 minutes to melt ice.
5. If none of the above works, the lock assembly has failed mechanically — contact Samsung for replacement. Never force the door open.
