含义

OE表示洗衣机排水时间超过规定限制（通常为5-8分钟）。洗衣机启动排水后，水位传感器在规定时间内未检测到水位下降至空桶状态，控制系统判断排水异常并停止后续程序。此故障与4E排水部分的含义相同。

常见原因

1. 排水泵过滤器（残渣过滤器）被杂物堵塞，排水速度严重降低。
2. 排水管弯折、压扁、缠绕或末端浸入水中，导致排水阻力增大。
3. 排水泵叶轮被异物卡住，电机无法转动或转速不足。
4. 排水泵电机烧毁或电容器失效，排水泵完全不工作。
5. 排水管路过长或提升高度超过洗衣机允许的最大值。

自助排查

1. 拔掉电源插头，打开前下方面板，清理残渣过滤器内的杂物。
2. 用桶或盆接住残渣过滤器处的积水，确认排水泵叶轮能自由转动。
3. 检查排水管全程是否有弯折、压扁、缠绕或被重物压住的情况，理顺管路。
4. 确认排水管末端高度不超过说明书规定（通常距离地面不超过100cm）。
5. 清理后重新启动脱水程序，若OE仍出现，需更换排水泵，联系售后。

OE indicates the washer drain time has exceeded the specified limit (typically 5-8 minutes). After the washer starts draining, the water level sensor did not detect the water level dropping to empty within the allowed time. This fault shares the same meaning as the drain portion of 4E.

Common Causes

1. The drain pump filter (debris filter) is heavily clogged, severely reducing drain speed.
2. The drain hose is kinked, crushed, tangled, or the end is submerged in water.
3. Foreign objects are jammed in the drain pump impeller.
4. The drain pump motor is burned out or the capacitor has failed.
5. The drain line is too long or the lift height exceeds the washer specification.

Self-Check Steps

1. Unplug the washer, open the lower front panel, and clean the debris filter.
2. Use a bucket to catch residual water. Check that the pump impeller spins freely.
3. Inspect the drain hose over its entire length for kinks, crushing, or blockage.
4. Ensure the drain hose end height is within spec (usually no more than 100cm above the floor).
5. Restart a spin cycle — if OE persists, the drain pump may need replacement. Contact Samsung.
