1. 拔掉电源插头，打开前下方面板，逆时针旋出排水泵过滤器。

3. 用手拨动叶轮，确认叶轮能自由转动无卡滞。
4. 用万用表测量排水泵电机绕组电阻（参考维修手册标准值），判断是否烧毁。
5. 若排水泵电机烧毁或清理异物后故障依旧，需更换排水泵总成，联系售后。

2. The drain pump motor windings are shorted or open — motor will not start.
3. The pump start capacitor (if applicable) has degraded or failed.
4. The pump connector is loose, oxidized, or moisture-shorted.
5. The drain pump drive circuit (relay or triac) on the main board is damaged.

Self-Check Steps

1. Unplug the washer, open the lower front panel, and turn out the debris filter counterclockwise.
2. After removing the filter, reach into the pump housing to check if the impeller is blocked. Clear any debris.
3. Turn the impeller by hand to confirm free movement.
4. Measure the pump motor winding resistance with a multimeter — compare to service manual values.
5. If the motor is burnt or the fault persists after clearing debris, replace the drain pump assembly — contact Samsung.
