自助排查
- 拔掉电源插头,找到温度传感器(通常安装在洗衣机桶底部靠近加热管位置)。
- 拔下传感器连接器,用万用表电阻档测量传感器两端的阻值。室温下(25℃)正常阻值约5-10kΩ,具体值请参考维修手册。
- 将传感器放入温水(约50℃)中,阻值应明显下降(负温度系数NTC),否则传感器失效。
- 检查传感器连接器和线束是否有氧化、进水或破损。
- 如果传感器阻值异常或不在预期范围内,需更换温度传感器,联系售后。

tE indicates a temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) fault — open circuit, short circuit, or abnormal reading. This sensor monitors the wash water temperature and provides feedback to the control board for heater control and overheat protection.
Common Causes
- Corroded or broken NTC thermistor pins or solder joints causing open circuit.
- Aged internal element causing resistance drift outside the acceptable range.
- Oxidized or moisture-damaged connector causing high contact resistance.
- Dried out thermal compound between the sensor and the heater, compromising temperature accuracy.
- Faulty reference voltage or divider resistor on the main board temperature detection circuit.
Self-Check Steps
- Unplug the washer. Find the temperature sensor (near the heater at the bottom of the drum).
- Disconnect the sensor and measure its resistance with a multimeter. At room temperature (25°C), normal resistance is about 5-10kΩ.
- Immerse the sensor in warm water (~50°C) — resistance should drop noticeably (NTC behavior). If not, the sensor is faulty.
- Check the connector and wiring for oxidation, moisture, or damage.
- If the sensor resistance is out of range, replace with a matching NTC thermistor — contact Samsung.
