4. 检查传感器连接器和线束是否有氧化、进水或破损。
5. 如果传感器阻值异常或不在预期范围内，需更换温度传感器，联系售后。

1. Unplug the washer. Find the temperature sensor (near the heater at the bottom of the drum).
2. Disconnect the sensor and measure its resistance with a multimeter. At room temperature (25°C), normal resistance is about 5-10kΩ.
3. Immerse the sensor in warm water (~50°C) — resistance should drop noticeably (NTC behavior). If not, the sensor is faulty.
4. Check the connector and wiring for oxidation, moisture, or damage.
5. If the sensor resistance is out of range, replace with a matching NTC thermistor — contact Samsung.
