排水泵故障。仅适用于带排水提升泵的隐藏式或吊顶式空调。排水泵不工作或浮子开关异常，可能导致接水盘水位升高溢水。

常见原因

1. 排水泵电机绕组烧毁或卡死
2. 浮子开关卡在关闭位置，排水泵不启动
3. 排水泵启动电容失效
4. 排水管路堵塞导致水泵过载保护
5. 浮子开关接线端子进水氧化接触不良

自助排查

1. 检查接水盘水位是否过高，观察是否有溢水迹象
2. 听排水泵有无运转声，若不转检查浮子开关是否卡住
