含义

主芯片故障。电视无法正常启动、开机后卡在Logo画面、系统反复重启或无图像/无声音输出，主SoC芯片工作异常。

常见原因

  1. 主SoC芯片（MStar/MediaTek/RealTek）内部BGA焊点虚焊或脱焊
  2. 芯片供电LDO输出电压异常，核心电压Vcore不在1.0-1.2V范围
  3. DDR内存与主芯片通信故障，导致系统引导失败
  4. 主芯片散热不良导致过热保护或热损坏
  5. 固件损坏或Flash芯片数据错误导致芯片无法完成初始化

自助排查

  1. 拔掉电源等待5分钟后重新上电，排除瞬时异常
  2. 用USB强制升级固件（若电视支持盲刷），排除固件问题
  3. 用手轻触主芯片散热片感知温度——冷机或过热均异常
  4. 若上述无效，需专业人员更换主芯片或主板，BGA维修需专业设备

Self-Check Steps

  1. Unplug the TV for 5 minutes then reconnect to rule out transient glitches
  2. Attempt a forced firmware update via USB (if your model supports blind flashing)
  3. Briefly touch the main chip heatsink — stone-cold or scorching-hot both indicate trouble
  4. If none of the above helps, main board replacement or professional BGA rework is required
