含义
WiFi模块故障。电视其它功能正常，但无线网络无法开启、搜不到WiFi信号、连接后频繁断线或网络设置页面卡顿。不影响有线和USB播放。
常见原因
- WiFi模块（SDIO/USB接口）驱动程序加载失败或固件丢失
- 模块供电3.3V或1.8V异常
- 天线接触不良或天线馈线断裂导致信号极弱
- 系统WiFi MAC地址丢失或NVRAM配置损坏
- 模块与主芯片之间SDIO/USB通信时序异常
自助排查
- 重启电视和路由器，排除临时网络问题
- 进入网络设置，尝试关闭再重新开启WiFi
- 使用有线以太网连接作为替代方案
- 如WiFi功能完全失效，可外接USB无线网卡或使用有线网络

Meaning
WiFi module failure. The TV functions normally otherwise, but cannot enable wireless networking, cannot find any networks, frequently disconnects, or the network settings page hangs. Wired Ethernet and USB playback are unaffected.
Common Causes
- WiFi module (SDIO/USB interface) driver failed to load or firmware is corrupted
- Abnormal 3.3V or 1.8V supply voltage to the WiFi module
- Disconnected or damaged antenna cable causing extremely weak signal
- Lost WiFi MAC address or corrupted NVRAM configuration data
- SDIO/USB communication timing issue between module and main SoC
Self-Check Steps
- Reboot both the TV and the router to rule out temporary network problems
- Navigate to network settings and toggle WiFi off and back on
- Use an Ethernet cable for wired internet as a fallback
- For permanent WiFi loss, an external USB WiFi adapter or wired Ethernet are practical workarounds
