EEPROM数据异常。电视可正常开机但部分设置（亮度、对比度、频道列表、网络配置）在断电后丢失，或开机后恢复出厂状态。
常见原因
- EEPROM芯片（24C系列/25Q系列）数据损坏或校验不一致
- EEPROM供电3.3V异常或电压纹波过大
- 主芯片与EEPROM之间I²C通信线路受干扰
- 多次异常断电导致EEPROM写入操作中断、数据不完整
- EEPROM芯片老化达到写入寿命上限（约100万次）
自助排查
- 进入设置菜单恢复出厂设置后重新配置，观察断电后是否仍丢失
- 检查电视是否连接稳定的电源，避免频繁断电
- 如恢复出厂设置无效，联系售后重新烧录EEPROM数据
- 此故障通常不影响正常观看，可调整个别设置继续使用

Meaning
EEPROM data corruption. The TV boots and operates normally, but user settings (brightness, contrast, channel list, network config) are lost after power cycling, or the TV resets to factory defaults on each boot.
Common Causes
- Corrupted or checksum-mismatched data in the EEPROM (24C/25Q series)
- Unstable 3.3V supply voltage or excessive ripple to the EEPROM chip
- I²C bus interference between main chip and EEPROM
- Interrupted write cycle caused by frequent abrupt power loss
- EEPROM chip nearing end of its write endurance (~1 million cycles)
Self-Check Steps
- Perform a factory reset, reconfigure settings, then power cycle to see if settings persist
- Ensure the TV is plugged into a stable power source to avoid unexpected shutdowns
- If settings still fail to save, contact service to reflash EEPROM calibration data
- The TV remains usable — settings can be re-entered after each power-up as a workaround
