空调室内机主板与显示板之间通信故障,显示板无法接收到主板的控制指令或状态数据。E0 代码通常出现在分体壁挂式空调的显示面板上,此时空调可能能制冷/制热但显示面板无温度显示,或空调完全无法操作。
常见原因
- 室内机主板与显示板之间的通信排线松动、氧化或断裂。
- 显示板上的通信接口芯片损坏,无法接收信号。
- 室内机主板通信回路元件(如光耦、电阻)损坏。
- 显示板供电异常,3.3V 或 5V 工作电压缺失。
- 显示板按键进水受潮,导致信号干扰。
- 雷击或电网浪涌通过信号线耦合,损坏通信接口。
自助排查
- 将空调完全断电(拔插头或关断路器)等待 2–3 分钟后重新通电,观察 E0 是否消失。
- 打开室内机前面板,检查主板到显示板的排线是否插牢,排线两端金手指是否有氧化。
- 如果显示面板上的按键有进水痕迹,使用吹风机冷风档吹干显示板区域。
- 用万用表测量显示板供电端是否有 5V 电压——若无,检查排线或主板供电输出。

Communication failure between the indoor unit main control board and the display board; the display board cannot receive control commands or status data from the main board. The E0 code typically appears on the display panel of split wall-mounted air conditioners. The AC may still cool/heat but show no temperature display, or may be completely inoperable.
Common Causes
- The communication ribbon cable between the indoor main board and display board is loose, oxidized, or broken.
- The communication interface chip on the display board is damaged and cannot receive signals.
- Communication circuit components on the indoor main board (e.g., optocouplers, resistors) are damaged.
- The display board power supply is abnormal — missing 3.3V or 5V operating voltage.
- Moisture ingress on the display board buttons, causing signal interference.
- Lightning strike or grid surge coupling through signal lines, damaging the communication interface.
Self-Check Steps
- Completely power off the AC (unplug or switch off breaker) for 2–3 minutes, then reconnect and observe whether E0 clears.
- Open the indoor unit front panel and check whether the ribbon cable from the main board to the display board is firmly seated, and inspect the contacts at both ends for oxidation.
- If there are signs of water ingress on the display panel buttons, use a hair dryer on the cool air setting to dry the display board area.
- Use a multimeter to check whether the display board is receiving 5V power — if not, inspect the ribbon cable or the main board’s power output.
- Communication faults typically require swapping the display board or main board for comparative testing to identify the fault side. Contact TCL after-sales for an on-site inspection.
