电视背光 LED 灯条故障导致屏幕不亮或局部暗区。TCL 液晶电视检测到背光驱动电路异常（LED 灯条开路、短路或驱动板输出电压偏离正常范围），系统触发 E1 保护代码。此时电视可能仍有声音但屏幕完全黑屏，或在特定区域出现亮度不均。

自助排查
- 用手电筒贴近屏幕照射：若能隐约看到画面内容，说明液晶面板正常、确为背光故障。
- 断电后将电视静置 10–15 分钟，重新通电开机。若屏幕短暂亮起后熄灭，说明灯条有局部短路，需更换。
- 降低电视亮度设置至 50% 以下，观察是否仍触发 E1——若低亮度下正常，说明灯条已老化到临界状态。
- 打开后盖检查背光驱动板是否有明显的电容鼓包、烧痕或焦味。
- 背光维修涉及屏体拆解，不建议自行更换灯条。联系 TCL 售后服务或专业维修店进行灯条更换。

Meaning
The TV backlight LED strip has failed, causing the screen to be dark or have localized dim areas. The TCL LCD TV has detected an abnormality in the backlight drive circuit (LED strip open circuit, short circuit, or drive board output voltage out of range), triggering the E1 protection code. The TV may still produce sound but the screen is completely black, or brightness is uneven in specific areas.
Common Causes
- LED bead burnout from prolonged high-brightness operation, causing an entire strip to go open-circuit.
- Backlight driver board output voltage too high or too low, exceeding the LED strip’s rated range.
- Loose or poor-contact connectors between LED strips and the driver board.
- Unstable power input to the backlight driver board; power supply line fault from the power board to the backlight board.
- A single LED bead short-circuit causing abnormal current across the entire strip, triggering driver board protection shutdown.
- Poor heat dissipation inside the TV, with heat accumulation near the strips accelerating LED aging.
Self-Check Steps
- Shine a flashlight close to the screen: if you can faintly see the picture content, the LCD panel is normal and the fault is indeed with the backlight.
- Power off the TV and let it sit for 10–15 minutes, then power on again. If the screen briefly lights up and then goes dark, the LED strip has a partial short circuit and needs replacement.
- Reduce the brightness setting to below 50% and check whether E1 still triggers — if it works normally at low brightness, the LED strip has aged to a critical state.
- Open the back cover and inspect the backlight driver board for obvious bulging capacitors, burn marks, or burnt smells.
- Backlight repair involves disassembling the screen panel and is not recommended as a DIY fix. Contact TCL after-sales service or a professional repair shop for LED strip replacement.
