- 多次插拔耳机插孔，观察是否恢复正常外放——耳机检测开关卡滞是常见问题。
- 通过 HDMI ARC/eARC 或光纤输出连接外部音响设备，测试电视机音频信号输出是否正常。
- 进入电视设置菜单，依次测试左/右声道，判断是单侧还是双侧扬声器故障。
- 若外接音频输出正常但内置扬声器无声，基本可确认功放或扬声器硬件故障，联系 TCL 售后更换音频板或扬声器。

Common Causes
- The audio amplifier IC has overheated and failed or triggered internal protection, unable to drive the speakers.
- The speaker voice coil is burned out or the voice coil lead wires are broken, causing complete silence or distorted sound.
- The I2S digital audio signal line between the main board and amplifier board is open or poorly connected.
- The audio DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) chip has failed and cannot convert digital signals to analog.
- The headphone jack’s internal detection switch is stuck, causing the system to falsely detect an inserted headphone and mute the speakers.
- Failed or leaking audio coupling capacitors, causing DC offset in the signal path and triggering amplifier protection.
Self-Check Steps
- Check that the TV is not muted and the volume is set to a reasonable level (>0).
- Insert and remove a headphone plug several times to see if speaker output resumes — stuck headphone detection switches are a common issue.
- Connect external audio equipment via HDMI ARC/eARC or optical output to test whether the TV’s audio signal output is normal.
- Enter the TV settings menu and test left/right channels individually to determine whether the fault affects one or both speakers.
- If external audio output is normal but the built-in speakers are silent, it is almost certain that the amplifier or speakers have a hardware fault. Contact TCL after-sales to replace the audio board or speakers.
