  1. 切断电源 — 拔掉插头,等待 5 分钟让控制板电容放电。
  2. 检查加热器 — 拆下加热器接线端子,用万用表电阻档测量两端的阻值,正常应为 10–50Ω(视功率而定);若阻值无穷大(开路)则需更换。
  3. 检查 NTC 传感器 — 测量 NTC 两端在室温下的阻值,通常在 5–50kΩ 之间;再接入热水浸泡后阻值应明显下降。若阻值不变、开路或短路,更换 NTC。
  4. 检查过热保护器 — 用万用表通断档测量保护器两端,正常应为导通(0Ω);若开路则需手动复位或更换。
  5. 检查线束与接插件 — 拔出加热器和 NTC 的连接器,检查是否有氧化、烧焦或退针。重新插紧后测试。
  6. 上电测试 — 重新插电,选择加热洗涤程序,在加热阶段用钳形电流表测量加热器供电线束是否有 8–12A 电流。若无电流且前几步硬件正常,可能为继电器或控制板故障,需更换控制板。

  4. Wiring harness damage — Loose, corroded, or pushed-back terminals at the heater, NTC, or control board connectors.
  5. Thermal fuse / overheat protector tripped — The safety thermal cutout on the heater housing or tub has opened due to dry-heating or excessive temperature.
  6. Control board failure — The heater drive circuit (triac or relay driver transistor) has failed short or open.

Self-Check Steps

  1. Disconnect power — Unplug the machine and wait 5 minutes for control board capacitors to discharge.
  2. Check the heating element — Disconnect the heater terminals. Measure resistance across the element with a multimeter; a good heater reads 10–50Ω (varies by wattage). An open circuit (infinite resistance) means the element must be replaced.
  3. Check the NTC thermistor — Measure resistance at room temperature; expect 5–50kΩ depending on the specific sensor. Immerse the sensor in hot water — resistance should drop sharply. If the reading is fixed, open, or shorted, replace the NTC.
  4. Check the thermal fuse / overheat protector — Use the continuity/ohms setting to verify the protector is closed (0Ω). If open, either press the manual reset button (if present) or replace the component. Investigate what caused the overheat condition first.
  5. Inspect the wiring harness — Pull and reseat all connectors on the heater, NTC, and control board. Look for burn marks, corrosion, or pushed-back pins.
  6. Power-on test — Reconnect power and start a heated wash cycle. During the heating phase, use a clamp meter on the heater supply wires to check for 8–12A current draw. If no current flows and the hardware checks above passed, the control board or relay is faulty and requires replacement.
