Self-Check Steps
- Disconnect the charger and remove the battery (if detachable), wait 1 minute, then reinstall
- Inspect the machine casing for signs of liquid ingress, especially near buttons and the charging port
- Try a hardware reset by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds
- Clean battery terminals and check for loose wiring connectors on the main board
