自助排查

- 关闭供水角阀，拧下进水软管与洗碗机连接的一端，小心取出进水阀入口滤网，用旧牙刷在流水下刷洗滤网上的泥沙和杂质后装回。
- 检查进水软管整段是否有明显的弯折、压扁或扭曲，理顺软管确保水流通畅。
- 重新拧紧进水软管两端接头，打开角阀，确认接头处无渗漏后重新启动洗碗机。
- 将洗碗机断电 5 分钟，让主控板完全复位，之后重新通电并启动一个短程序，听进水阶段是否有”嘶嘶”的进水声。

- The inlet valve drive circuit on the main control board has failed (relay welded or transistor shorted), unable to supply power to the valve.
- The water inlet hose is kinked, crushed, or frozen, physically blocking the water path.
- The flow meter rotor is jammed or the Hall-effect sensor has failed; water enters but the control board cannot detect the flow signal.
Self-Check Steps
- Check the dishwasher water supply shutoff valve under the kitchen sink to ensure it is in the fully open position (handle parallel to the pipe) and confirm that the household water supply is active.
- Turn off the water supply valve, disconnect the inlet hose from the dishwasher end, carefully extract the inlet valve intake screen, and scrub it clean of sediment and debris with an old toothbrush under running water before reinstalling.
- Inspect the entire length of the water inlet hose for noticeable kinks, flattening, or twisting; straighten the hose to ensure unobstructed flow.
- Re-tighten both ends of the inlet hose connections, open the shutoff valve, confirm there are no leaks at the fittings, then restart the dishwasher.
- Power off the dishwasher for 5 minutes to allow the main control board to fully reset; then restore power, start a short cycle, and listen for a hissing water-fill sound during the fill phase.
