Self-Check Steps
- Enter flush mode and listen for the solenoid clicking
- Check the waste water flow rate — insufficient drainage indicates a clogged valve
- Remove the solenoid and check the valve core for binding — clean with citric acid
- Measure coil resistance and compare with the rated value to determine coil health
- If the flush valve is stuck open, water will drain continuously — replace the valve
