烤箱温度传感器开路故障。E1 表示主控芯片检测到温度传感器(NTC热敏电阻)处于开路状态,无法读取炉腔温度。
常见原因
- 温度传感器内部热敏电阻断裂或引线断路
- 传感器与主控板之间的连接器松动或脱落
- 传感器线束被烤箱门铰链或后部金属件夹断
- 主控板温度检测电路(上拉电阻或滤波电容)损坏
- 传感器在高温环境下长期老化导致内部开路
自助排查
- 断电重启:拔掉电源插头等待 5 分钟后重新插电,观察是否恢复,排除瞬时干扰
- 检查连接器:打开烤箱后盖,找到传感器在主板上的插头(通常标有 SENSOR 或 T),重新插拔确认接触良好
- 测量传感器:用万用表电阻档在传感器插头处测量,常温下正常阻值约 10kΩ-100kΩ;若显示无穷大则传感器已开路
- 检查线束:目视检查传感器引线是否有压痕、断裂或烧焦痕迹,特别是靠近铰链和加热腔体处
- 呼叫售后:若以上步骤确认传感器开路且线路完好,需要更换温度传感器总成,建议联系 Robam 售后(9510-5855)

Oven temperature sensor open circuit fault. E1 indicates that the main control chip detects the temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) is in an open-circuit state and cannot read the cavity temperature.
Common Causes
- Broken thermistor element or open wiring inside the temperature sensor
- Loose or disconnected connector between sensor and main control board
- Sensor harness pinched by oven door hinge or rear metal components
- Faulty temperature detection circuit on main board (pull-up resistor or filter capacitor)
- Long-term aging under high temperature causing internal open circuit
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle: Unplug the oven for 5 minutes, then reconnect to see if the code clears — rules out transient interference
- Check connector: Open the rear cover, locate the sensor connector on the main board (usually marked SENSOR or T), reseat it firmly
- Measure sensor: Use a multimeter in resistance mode at the sensor connector. Normal room-temperature reading is 10kΩ-100kΩ; infinite indicates an open circuit
- Inspect wiring: Visually check sensor leads for pinch marks, breaks, or burn damage, especially near hinges and the heating cavity
