烤箱温度传感器短路故障。E2 表示主控芯片检测到温度传感器(NTC热敏电阻)短路,阻值异常偏低,通常报告 -40°C 或极低温度值。
常见原因
- 温度传感器内部 NTC 热敏电阻击穿短路
- 传感器引线绝缘层破损,两根导线在靠近腔体处短路搭接
- 传感器插头处引脚间因油污或冷凝水形成导电桥接
- 主控板温度检测回路中滤波电容击穿短路
- 传感器金属外壳与引线碰触导致对地短路
自助排查
- 断电重启:拔掉电源插头等待 5 分钟后重新插电,排除偶然性干扰
- 清洁传感器插头:拔下传感器插头,检查引脚间是否有油污、水渍或异物,用无水酒精清洁并吹干后重插
- 测量传感器:用万用表电阻档测量传感器两端,常温下正常阻值约 10kΩ-100kΩ;若阻值接近 0Ω(几欧姆以下)则说明传感器短路
- 检查引线绝缘:目视传感器引线是否有磨损、烫伤导致铜线裸露的地方,尤其在靠近炉腔的引线段
- 呼叫售后:若传感器确认为短路状态,需要更换温度传感器,请致电 Robam 售后(9510-5855)

Oven temperature sensor short circuit fault. E2 indicates the main control chip detects the temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) is shorted, with abnormally low resistance — typically reporting -40°C or an extremely low temperature value.
Common Causes
- NTC thermistor internally shorted (breakdown)
- Damaged sensor lead insulation, causing the two wires to short together near the cavity
- Conductive bridging between sensor connector pins due to grease or condensation
- Short circuit of filter capacitor in main board temperature detection circuit
- Sensor metal shell contacting a lead wire, causing short to ground
Self-Check Steps
- Power cycle: Unplug the oven for 5 minutes, then reconnect to rule out transient faults
- Clean sensor connector: Unplug the sensor connector, check for grease, moisture, or debris between pins. Clean with anhydrous alcohol, dry, and reconnect
- Measure sensor: Use a multimeter in resistance mode across the sensor. Normal reading at room temperature is 10kΩ-100kΩ; near 0Ω (a few ohms or less) indicates a short
- Inspect lead insulation: Look for worn or burned spots where copper wires are exposed on the sensor leads, especially near the cavity
