烤箱底部加热管故障。E4 表示主控芯片检测到底部加热管电路异常——加热管开路、继电器失效或驱动电路故障导致底部无法加热。
常见原因
- 底部加热管内部电热丝烧断(开路)
- 底部加热管继电器触点粘连或线圈断路
- 可控硅(TRIAC)击穿或开路导致底部加热无输出
- 底部加热管接线端子高温氧化松动
- 食物汤汁滴落到加热管上导致局部短路或腐蚀
- 主控板底部加热驱动电路(光耦或三极管)损坏
自助排查
- 断电冷却:拔掉电源,等待烤箱完全冷却(至少 30 分钟),打开后盖或取出底部加热管盖板
- 清洁检查:如发现底部加热管上有食物残渣或汤汁积碳,先清洁干净后测试是否恢复
- 测量加热管:用万用表电阻档测量底部加热管两端,正常阻值约 20Ω-80Ω;无穷大表示加热管开路
- 检查继电器:在通电待机状态下(请谨慎操作),听底部加热器继电器是否有吸合声;无声音可能继电器驱动故障
- 呼叫售后:底部加热管或继电器损坏需更换原厂组件,建议联系 Robam 售后(9510-5855)安排专业维修

Bottom heating element fault. E4 indicates the main control chip detects an abnormality in the bottom heater circuit — open element, stuck relay, or drive circuit failure preventing bottom heating.
Common Causes
- Open heating wire inside the bottom heating element (burned out)
- Stuck relay contacts or open relay coil for the bottom heater
- TRIAC failure causing no output to the bottom heater
- Loose heater terminal due to high-temperature oxidation
- Food drippings on the bottom heating element causing local short circuits or corrosion
- Damaged bottom heater drive circuit (optocoupler or transistor) on main board
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and cool: Unplug the oven and wait for complete cooling (at least 30 minutes). Open the rear cover or bottom heater access panel
- Clean inspection: If food residue or carbon buildup is found on the bottom heating element, clean it thoroughly and test again
- Measure resistance: Use a multimeter in resistance mode across the bottom heater terminals. Normal reading is 20Ω-80Ω; infinite indicates an open element
- Check relay: With power on and oven idle (exercise caution), listen for a click from the bottom heater relay. No click suggests a relay drive fault
