常见原因
- 顶部加热管内部电热丝烧断(开路)

- 加热管接线端子因高温氧化松动,接触电阻过大
- 主控板加热管驱动电路(光耦或驱动三极管)损坏
- 加热管外壳因长期使用局部鼓包或漏电
自助排查
- 断电检查:拔掉电源插头,等待烤箱完全冷却(至少 30 分钟),打开后盖
- 外观检查:目视顶部加热管是否有鼓包、裂纹、熔断或明显烧痕;正常加热管表面应无破损
- 测量加热管:用万用表电阻档测量加热管两端,正常阻值约 20Ω-80Ω(视功率而定);无穷大则表示加热管烧断
- 检查接线端子:检查加热管接线端子是否氧化变黑或松动,拧紧或更换端子
- 呼叫售后:若加热管损坏需更换原厂配件(Robam 顶部加热管组件),建议联系售后(9510-5855)安排上门维修

Top heating element fault. E3 indicates the main control chip detects an abnormality in the top heater circuit — typically an open heating element, stuck relay contacts, or a failed TRIAC preventing normal heating.
Common Causes
- Open heating wire inside the top heating element (burned out)
- Burned relay contacts or open relay coil for the top heater
- Faulty TRIAC (bidirectional thyristor) — shorted or open
- Loose heater terminal due to high-temperature oxidation, causing excessive contact resistance
- Damaged main board heater drive circuit (optocoupler or driver transistor)
- Bulging or leakage on heating element sheath from prolonged use
Self-Check Steps
- Power off and cool: Unplug the oven, allow it to cool completely (at least 30 minutes), then open the rear cover
- Visual inspection: Check the top heating element for bulging, cracks, visible breaks, or burn marks. A healthy element surface should be intact
- Measure resistance: Use a multimeter in resistance mode across the heater terminals. Normal reading is 20Ω-80Ω (depending on power rating); infinite indicates an open element
- Check terminals: Inspect heater terminals for black oxidation or looseness. Tighten or replace as needed
- Call support: If the heating element is damaged, replace with an original Robam top heater assembly. Contact after-sales service (9510-5855)
