空气净化器温湿度传感器故障。E2 表示温度和/或湿度传感器无响应或数据异常，显示屏上的温湿度读数可能为错误值或空白。
常见原因
- 温湿度传感器（通常为单芯片 SHT/DHT 系列）损坏。
- 传感器焊点虚焊或排线接触不良。
- 传感器被灰尘覆盖，影响感知精度。
- 传感器周围气流异常，如靠近出风口导致读数不准确。
- 传感器供电电压异常。
- 传感器长期暴露在高湿度环境中，内部腐蚀失效。
自助排查
- 断电 2 分钟后重新通电，观察 E2 是否消失。
- 用干棉签或软布轻轻擦拭传感器探头（通常为机器侧面的小格栅或通风孔内）。
- 检查机器周围的空气是否过于潮湿——将机器移到通风干燥处再测试。
- 若温湿度显示完全无数据，可能是传感器模块损坏。该故障通常不影响净化器的核心过滤功能。联系 TCL 售后更换传感器模块。

Meaning
The temperature and humidity sensor has a fault. E2 indicates the temperature and/or humidity sensor is unresponsive or data is abnormal; the temperature/humidity reading on the display may show an error or be blank.
Common Causes
- The temperature/humidity sensor (typically a single-chip SHT/DHT series) is damaged.
- The sensor solder joints are cracked or the ribbon cable has poor contact.
- The sensor is covered with dust, affecting sensing accuracy.
- Abnormal airflow around the sensor (e.g., too close to the air outlet), causing inaccurate readings.
- Abnormal sensor supply voltage.
- The sensor has been exposed to high humidity for extended periods, causing internal corrosion failure.
Self-Check Steps
- Power off for 2 minutes, then power on again and check whether E2 clears.
- Gently wipe the sensor probe with a dry cotton swab or soft cloth (typically located behind a small grille or vent on the side of the unit).
- Check whether the air around the unit is excessively humid — move the unit to a well-ventilated dry area and retest.
- If the temperature/humidity display shows no data at all, the sensor module may be damaged. This fault typically does not affect the purifier’s core filtration function. Contact TCL after-sales to replace the sensor module.
