空气净化器主风扇电机无响应或转速异常。E3 表示主板发送控制信号后，风扇电机返回的转速反馈异常或完全无反馈。风扇不转将导致净化器完全无法过滤空气。
常见原因
- 风扇电机霍尔测速传感器损坏，转速反馈信号丢失。
- 风扇电机绕组烧毁或轴承卡死，电机不转。
- 风扇叶轮被异物卡住（通常是使用过程中吸入的纸片、塑料袋等）。
- 风扇供电电压异常（24V/12V 轨缺失或偏低）。
- 主板风扇电机驱动电路（IPM 或 MOSFET）损坏。
- 风扇电机连接线束插头松动或导线烧断。
自助排查
- 断电后检查进风口和出风口是否有异物堵塞——用手电筒照射检查风扇叶轮处是否有纸片、塑料袋等。
- 手动拨动风扇叶轮——应能自由转动。若转不动或手感严重不均，轴承可能卡死或叶轮损坏。
- 检查风扇与主板之间的连接线束插头是否松动——重新插紧。
- 用万用表测量风扇供电端电压——正常应为主板标注的工作电压（如 12V 或 24V DC）。
- 若供电正常但风扇不转，风扇电机可能已损坏。联系 TCL 售后更换风扇组件。

Meaning
The main fan motor is unresponsive or has abnormal speed. E3 indicates the main board has sent control signals but the fan motor’s speed feedback is abnormal or completely absent. A fan that does not spin means the purifier cannot filter air at all.
Common Causes
- The fan motor Hall speed sensor is damaged; the speed feedback signal is lost.
- The fan motor winding is burned out or the bearings are seized; the motor does not spin.
- The fan impeller is jammed by foreign objects (paper pieces, plastic bags, etc., sucked in during use).
- Abnormal fan supply voltage (24V/12V rail missing or too low).
- The fan motor drive circuit (IPM or MOSFET) on the main board is damaged.
- The fan motor wiring harness connector is loose or a wire is burned through.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, check whether the air inlet and outlet are blocked by foreign objects — use a flashlight to check the fan impeller area for paper, plastic bags, etc.
- Manually spin the fan impeller — it should rotate freely. If it cannot turn or feels significantly uneven, bearings may be seized or the impeller damaged.
- Check whether the wiring harness connector between the fan and main board is loose — reseat it firmly.
- Use a multimeter to measure the fan supply voltage — normal should be the operating voltage marked on the board (e.g., 12V or 24V DC).
- If power is normal but the fan does not spin, the fan motor may be damaged. Contact TCL after-sales to replace the fan assembly.
