- 用万用表测量风扇供电电压（通常 12V DC），供电正常但风扇不转则电机损坏。
- 若每次化霜后恢复正常但不久又 E7，说明化霜系统存在根本问题——化霜传感器或加热器故障导致反复结冰。联系 TCL 售后检修化霜系统和更换风扇。

Meaning
The freezer compartment fan motor has a fault. E7 indicates the freezer circulation fan is not spinning or has abnormal speed. The freezer fan circulates air between the freezer compartment and the evaporator to maintain uniform temperature. A fan fault will cause the freezer temperature to rise; the compressor may run for long periods with poor freezing results.
Common Causes
- The freezer fan motor winding is burned out; the motor does not spin.
- The fan bearings are seized — the low-temperature environment of the freezer solidifies lubricant.
- The fan blades are jammed by evaporator ice buildup and cannot rotate.
- The fan connector is loose or the wire is frozen into the ice layer.
- The fan drive circuit on the main board is faulty.
- Abnormal defrosting causes severe evaporator icing; the fan is encased in ice and stops.
Self-Check Steps
- After powering off, open the freezer door for a full defrost (24 hours). After defrosting, all ice around the evaporator should melt, and the fan should be able to spin again.
- After defrosting, manually spin the fan blades to confirm free rotation.
- Check whether the fan connector is loose and reseat it.
- Use a multimeter to measure the fan supply voltage (typically 12V DC). If power is present but the fan does not spin, the motor is damaged.
- If the fan works normally after each defrost but E7 returns shortly after, the defrost system has a root problem — a faulty defrost sensor or heater causing repetitive icing. Contact TCL after-sales to inspect the defrost system and replace the fan.
