机器人内置电池组严重故障，BMS检测到不可恢复的错误（如电芯短路、电压严重失衡或温度异常），充电和放电功能都被禁用。
常见原因
- 电池组内个别电芯短路，整组电压异常
- 电芯之间电压差过大（超过BMS允许的平衡范围）
- 电池组内部温度传感器失效，上报温度超出安全范围
- 电池长期过度放电导致电芯不可逆损坏
- 电池组物理撞击导致内部结构损伤
自助排查
- 将机器人放回充电座，观察充电指示灯是否异常闪烁
- 检查机器人底部电池仓区域是否有鼓包或液体泄漏迹象
- 尝试长按电源键10秒进行硬重启
- 如果机器人可开机且App可连接，查看电池健康状态数据
- E11属于严重电池故障，请勿自行拆解电池——联系戴森更换电池组

Meaning
The robot’s internal battery pack has a serious fault. The BMS has detected an unrecoverable error (cell short circuit, severe voltage imbalance, or temperature anomaly). Both charging and discharging functions are disabled.
Common Causes
- Individual cell short circuit inside the pack, causing abnormal total voltage
- Voltage delta between cells exceeding the BMS balance range
- Internal temperature sensor failure, reporting values outside safe range
- Irreversible cell damage from prolonged deep discharge
- Physical impact damage to the battery pack internal structure
Self-Check Steps
- Place the robot on its charging dock and observe whether the charge indicator flashes abnormally
- Check the battery compartment area on the robot’s underside for bulging or liquid leakage
- Attempt a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds
- If the robot powers on and the app can connect, check the battery health status data
- E11 indicates a serious battery fault — do not disassemble the battery yourself; contact Dyson for battery pack replacement
