常见原因
- 室内机回风过滤网脏堵，空气流通量不足，导致蒸发器换热效率下降、温度过低。
- 室内风机转速异常或风轮卡滞，风量大幅减小。
- 制冷剂不足（微漏），蒸发压力偏低造成蒸发温度过低。
- 室内机进出风口被窗帘、家具等遮挡，气流循环受阻。
- 室内环境温度本身过低时长时间运行制冷模式。
自助排查
- 取出室内机过滤网，检查是否积尘严重。用清水冲洗并晾干后装回。
- 检查室内机出风口和回风口是否有物品遮挡，清理周围空间。
- 运行空调，感受出风量是否明显偏小；若风量异常，可能为风机或风轮故障。
- 如空调已使用多年且近期制冷效果逐渐变差，可能存在制冷剂泄漏，建议联系专业人员检漏并补充。
- 低温天气避免长时间以过低的设定温度运行制冷模式。若故障持续，请联系格力售后。

E2 indicates indoor anti-freeze protection. When the indoor heat exchanger (evaporator) coil temperature remains below freezing for an extended period, the controller detects a risk of frost or ice buildup and triggers protection to prevent evaporator cracking and compressor liquid slugging.
Common Causes
- Indoor return air filter is dirty or clogged, reducing airflow and causing poor evaporator heat exchange with excessively low coil temperature.
- Indoor fan speed is abnormal or the blower wheel is stuck, significantly reducing air volume.
- Insufficient refrigerant (slow leak) leading to low evaporating pressure and an excessively low evaporating temperature.
- Indoor unit intake or outlet is blocked by curtains, furniture, or other objects, restricting airflow circulation.
- Running cooling mode for an extended period while the indoor ambient temperature is already very low.
Self-Check Steps
- Remove the indoor unit air filter and check for heavy dust accumulation. Rinse with water, dry thoroughly, and reinstall.
- Check that the indoor unit intake and outlet vents are not obstructed; clear the surrounding area.
- Run the air conditioner and feel whether the airflow is noticeably weak. If airflow is abnormal, there may be a blower or fan motor issue.
- If the unit is several years old and cooling performance has gradually declined, a refrigerant leak may be present. Contact a qualified technician for leak detection and recharging.
