F0 为制冷剂不足或泄漏保护。当系统检测到制冷模式下蒸发器盘管温度异常偏高、压缩机吸气过热度持续过大,或制热模式下冷凝盘管温度异常偏低时,控制器判定冷媒量严重不足并停机保护。

常见原因

  1. 空调系统存在制冷剂泄漏点,如管路接头松动、焊接处裂纹或阀门密封失效。
  2. 空调安装或移机时连接管扩口不良,长期使用后缓慢泄漏。
  3. 室外机或室内机换热器(冷凝器/蒸发器)管路腐蚀穿孔导致慢性泄漏。
  4. 维修后制冷剂充注量不足,未按铭牌标注量充注。
  5. 电子膨胀阀组件故障误关小开度,冷媒循环量不足被误判为泄漏。

自助排查

  1. 检查空调制冷或制热效果是否明显变差,室内机出风温差是否远低于正常值(制冷时出风与室温温差通常应在 8℃ 以上)。
  2. 目视检查室内外机连接管接头及检修阀处是否有油迹,油迹是冷媒泄漏的典型伴随现象。
  3. 运行空调,观察室外机连接管阀门处(粗管/细管)是否有结霜或结冰,严重缺氟时粗管(气侧)结霜是典型表现。
  4. 如空调使用多年且从未补充过制冷剂,可能因微漏导致冷媒逐渐减少,需联系专业人员检漏、补漏并重新充注。

Meaning

F0 indicates refrigerant shortage or leakage protection. When the system detects that the evaporator coil temperature is abnormally high during cooling mode with persistently high compressor suction superheat, or that the condenser coil temperature is abnormally low during heating mode, the controller determines that the refrigerant charge is critically low and shuts down for protection.

Common Causes

  1. The system has a refrigerant leak point, such as a loose pipe fitting, cracked brazed joint, or failed valve seal.
  2. Poor flare connections made during installation or relocation, leading to slow leakage over time.
  3. Corrosion perforation in the outdoor or indoor heat exchanger (condenser/evaporator) tubing causing a slow, chronic leak.
  4. Insufficient refrigerant charge after service work, not meeting the nameplate-specified amount.
  5. Faulty electronic expansion valve assembly that is stuck in a nearly closed position, causing low refrigerant flow that is misdiagnosed as a leak.

Self-Check Steps

  1. Check whether cooling or heating performance has noticeably declined; measure whether the indoor unit discharge air temperature difference from room temperature is far below normal (in cooling mode, the difference should typically exceed 8°C).
  2. Visually inspect indoor and outdoor connecting pipe fittings and service valves for oil stains — oil residue is a classic sign of refrigerant leakage.
  3. Run the unit and observe whether frost or ice forms on the outdoor unit’s connecting pipe valves (thick pipe / thin pipe). In severe refrigerant shortage, frost on the thick (suction) pipe is a characteristic symptom.
  4. If the unit has been in use for many years and has never had refrigerant added, gradual loss from a slow leak is possible. Contact a qualified technician for leak detection, repair, and recharging.
