E3 为系统低压保护故障。当空调运行过程中冷媒系统低压侧压力低于安全阈值时，控制器触发低压保护并停机，防止压缩机在缺氟状态下空转损坏。
常见原因
- 制冷剂泄漏，系统中冷媒量不足导致吸气压力过低。
- 电子膨胀阀或毛细管堵塞，冷媒无法正常循环。
- 室内外连接管弯折、压扁，造成冷媒流通受阻。
- 低压压力传感器故障，误报低压信号。
- 制冷模式下室外环境温度过低，导致系统低压侧压力异常偏低。
自助排查
- 检查室内外连接管是否有明显弯折或压扁痕迹，如有需更换或矫正。
- 观察空调制冷效果是否明显下降，若制冷变差且伴有管路结霜现象，可能存在泄漏。
- 目视检查室内外机接头及阀门处是否有油渍，冷媒泄漏常伴有冷冻油渗出痕迹。
- 如空调刚安装或移机不久，可能连接管未接好导致泄漏，需联系安装人员重新检查。

E3 indicates a low-pressure protection trip. When the refrigerant system’s low-side pressure drops below the safety threshold during operation, the controller triggers low-pressure protection and stops the compressor to prevent damage from running without sufficient refrigerant charge.
Common Causes
- Refrigerant leak; insufficient refrigerant in the system leads to low suction pressure.
- Electronic expansion valve or capillary tube is blocked, preventing normal refrigerant circulation.
- Indoor-outdoor connecting pipes are bent or crushed, restricting refrigerant flow.
- Low-pressure sensor malfunction, falsely reporting a low-pressure condition.
- Operating in cooling mode when the outdoor ambient temperature is too low, causing abnormally low low-side pressure.
Self-Check Steps
- Inspect the indoor-outdoor connecting pipes for visible kinks or flattening; replace or straighten as needed.
- Check whether cooling performance has noticeably declined. If cooling is poor and frosting appears on the pipes, a leak may be present.
- Visually inspect indoor and outdoor unit fittings and valves for oil stains — refrigerant leaks are often accompanied by traces of refrigeration oil.
- If the unit was recently installed or relocated, the connecting pipes may not have been properly secured, causing leakage. Contact the installer for re-inspection.
