4. 传感器阻值漂移——使用时间过长导致 NTC 热敏电阻特性改变。
5. 室内机主板上传感器分压电阻或滤波电容损坏。
6. 传感器安装位置被遮挡或紧贴热源，导致检测温度严重偏离实际室温。

自助排查

1. 断电重启空调，等待 5 分钟后重新开机，观察 E1 故障是否消除。
2. 检查室内机回风口和滤网是否严重堵塞——滤网过脏可能造成传感器感知温度异常。
3. 打开室内机面板（断电操作），检查传感器线束插头是否松动，重新插拔。
4. 断开传感器后测量其阻值（通常 25°C 下约 5-10kΩ），若开路或短路需更换传感器。

The Konka air conditioner has detected an abnormal room temperature sensor (pipe sensor or ambient sensor). Error code E1 indicates that the indoor unit main board has detected an open circuit, short circuit, or resistance value outside normal range on the room temperature sensor. The AC may continue running but with inaccurate temperature control, or may shut down for protection.

Common Causes

1. The room temperature sensor itself is damaged — the NTC thermistor is open or shorted.
2. The sensor wiring harness connector is loose or oxidized at the main board socket.
3. The sensor leads have been chewed by rodents or broken internally from repeated bending.
4. The sensor resistance has drifted — long-term use has altered the NTC thermistor characteristics.
5. The voltage divider resistors or filter capacitors on the indoor main board are damaged.
6. The sensor installation position is obstructed or located near a heat source, causing readings to significantly deviate from actual room temperature.

Self-Check Steps

1. Power cycle the AC, wait 5 minutes, then restart and observe whether the E1 error clears.
2. Check whether the indoor unit’s return air inlet and filter are heavily clogged — a dirty filter can cause abnormal temperature readings.
3. Open the indoor unit panel (with power off) and check whether the sensor wiring connector is loose; reseat it.
4. Disconnect the sensor and measure its resistance (typically 5-10kΩ at 25°C). If open or shorted, replace the sensor.
5. If none of the above works, contact Konka after-sales service for on-site repair or sensor/main board replacement.
