康佳空调检测到室外风机系统故障。E6 错误代码表示室外机主板检测到风机电机转速异常或启动失败。室外风机负责将冷凝器热量排到外部环境，风机故障会导致制冷/制热效果严重下降、压缩机排气压力过高并触发高压保护。

常见原因

1. 室外风机电机绕组烧毁或内置热保护器动作（过热保护）。
2. 风机启动/运行电容失效，电机无法正常启动。
3. 室外机风叶被异物卡住或破损，导致风叶动平衡失衡。
4. 室外风机继电器或电机驱动模块损坏，电机无供电。
5. 室外机长期曝晒导致电机轴承润滑脂干涸，电机卡死。
6. 风机电机转速反馈电路（霍尔传感器）故障，主板检测不到转速信号。

自助排查

1. 断电后检查室外机风叶是否可自由转动——卡涩或完全不转需清理异物或更换电机。
2. 清理室外机翅片和风叶上的灰尘、柳絮等杂物。
3. 检查室外机接线端子处的风机线束是否松动或烧蚀。
4. 通电后观察室外机风叶是否被外力推动才开始转——需要外力启动提示启动电容失效。

Meaning

The Konka air conditioner has detected an outdoor fan system fault. Error code E6 indicates that the outdoor main board has detected abnormal fan motor speed or startup failure. The outdoor fan expels heat from the condenser to the outside environment. A fan fault leads to severely degraded cooling/heating performance, high compressor discharge pressure, and high-pressure protection activation.

Common Causes

1. The outdoor fan motor winding is burned out or the internal thermal protector has tripped (overheat protection).
2. The fan start/run capacitor has failed, preventing the motor from starting.
3. The outdoor fan blade is blocked by debris or damaged, causing dynamic imbalance.
4. The outdoor fan relay or motor drive module is damaged, cutting power to the motor.
5. Prolonged sun exposure has dried out the motor bearing grease, locking the motor.
6. The fan motor speed feedback circuit (Hall sensor) has failed, so the main board receives no speed signal.

Self-Check Steps

1. Power off and check whether the outdoor fan blade can rotate freely — binding or no rotation requires debris removal or motor replacement.
2. Clean dust, cotton fibers, and debris from the outdoor unit fins and fan blade.
3. Check the fan wiring at the outdoor unit terminal block for looseness or burn marks.
4. After powering on, observe whether the fan blade only starts after being pushed manually — needing external force to start indicates a failed start capacitor.
