- 在系统设置中查看”网络状态”或”无线信息”，确认系统是否识别到无线模块。
- 拔掉电源线等待 2 分钟后再上电，让模块彻底断电复位。
- 恢复电视出厂设置（注意备份重要数据），排除软件配置错误。

The Konka TV has detected a WiFi or Bluetooth module abnormality. Error code E008 indicates that the wireless network module cannot be recognized or initialized by the system. The TV’s basic display and audio functions are unaffected, but wireless network connectivity, Bluetooth remote pairing, or Bluetooth speaker connection will be unavailable.
Common Causes
- Poor USB connection on the wireless module (WiFi/BT combo) — some Konka TVs connect the module via onboard USB.
- Abnormal 3.3V supply to the wireless module from the motherboard’s LDO or DC-DC circuit.
- Firmware anomaly in the wireless module or driver loading failure.
- Incompatible wireless module driver after a system software update.
- Poor contact on the PCB antenna or FPC antenna, or damage to the antenna matching circuit.
- The wireless module chip is physically damaged (from ESD or overvoltage).
Self-Check Steps
- Restart the TV and check in the settings menu whether WiFi is enabled — confirm it hasn’t been accidentally turned off.
- In system settings, check “Network Status” or “Wireless Information” to see if the wireless module is recognized.
- Unplug the power cord for 2 minutes before reconnecting to allow the module to fully power-cycle.
