- 轻按电视左右两侧扬声器区域，听是否有断续声音——按压后声音恢复提示连接线松动。
- 进入声音设置，检查”扬声器输出”是否被误设为”外接音响”或”耳机”。

- Abnormal supply voltage to the audio amplifier IC (e.g., TAS5707, TPA3118) or the amplifier chip is damaged.
- Loose speaker wiring or a broken voice coil, detected as an open load.
- An open I2C communication line between the amplifier chip and the main chip, preventing initialization.
- Leaking filter capacitors in the audio circuit causing abnormal DC bias, triggering amplifier protection.
- Extreme audio parameter settings (e.g., volume limit, EQ) causing the amplifier to mute.
- Thermal protection lockout from poor amplifier IC heatsinking.
Self-Check Steps
- Adjust the volume in the settings menu and confirm that mute is not enabled (check the mute icon on screen).
- Test audio output using headphones or an external speaker (via AUDIO OUT or Bluetooth) — if external audio works, the issue is likely with the internal speakers or amplifier.
- Gently press on the left and right speaker grilles while audio is playing and listen for intermittent sound — restored sound under pressure suggests loose wiring.
- In the audio settings, check if “Speaker Output” has been inadvertently set to “External Audio” or “Headphones”.
