- 仔细听电源板是否有”滋滋”高频声或”嗒嗒”反复重启声——异常响声可帮助判断故障区域。
- 断开电视与所有外接设备的连接后测试——外接设备短路可能拉低电源。

Meaning
The Konka TV has detected a severe power supply system abnormality. Error code E010 indicates that one or more of the main output voltages (standby 3.3V/5V, main 12V/24V) from the power supply board is outside the protection threshold or completely missing. The TV typically does not power on at all, the indicator light is off, or the light blinks and the TV fails to start.
Common Causes
- The main switching MOSFET on the power supply board is shorted, causing the fuse to blow.
- Electrolytic capacitors are bulging, leaking, or their safety vents have ruptured — especially the 400V/450V bulk capacitor.
- The PWM controller IC on the power supply is damaged and cannot output the drive signal.
- Open or shorted windings in the standby transformer or main transformer.
- The optocoupler feedback loop is damaged, causing the output voltage to rise uncontrollably.
- The snubber capacitor or resistor in the high-voltage absorption circuit has aged and failed.
Self-Check Steps
- Confirm the power cord is firmly plugged in and the wall outlet has power — try a different outlet.
- Observe the indicator light: no light at all suggests the standby power (3.3VSB/5VSB) is not outputting; a blinking light indicates the protection circuit is active.
- Listen carefully for high-frequency “buzzing” or repeated “clicking” sounds from the power board — unusual sounds can help localize the fault area.
- Disconnect all external devices and test — a shorted external device may be pulling down the power supply.
- The power board contains high-voltage capacitors that retain charge even after unplugging. Do not open the power board casing. Contact Konka after-sales service immediately for repair.
