康佳电视检测到背光 LED 灯条存在开路故障。E011 错误代码表示一条或多条 LED 灯条电流回路中断。这与 E001 的区别在于 E011 明确指向灯条本身的开路而非驱动板故障。屏幕有声音但无背光，或在特定区域完全无光。
常见原因
- LED 灯条上的一颗或多颗灯珠芯片烧毁开路，导致整条串联灯条不亮。
- 灯条与灯条之间的连接器或焊盘断裂——多灯条串联结构中某一连接点断开。
- 灯条铝基板热膨胀导致焊点疲劳开裂，特别是小间距灯珠的高温区域。
- 灯珠的荧光胶老化发黄、碳化造成内部金线断裂。
- 灯条受到机械应力（屏幕受压或运输震动）导致灯珠脱落。
- 灯条灯珠工作电流过高，长时间使用加速 LED 芯片光衰和开路。
自助排查
- 断电后将电视置于暗室中，用手电筒贴近屏幕观察是否有图像——有图像无背光确认背光问题。
- 用手轻拍屏幕边框的不同位置，同时观察屏幕是否有局部短暂闪亮——灯条虚接可能通过震动暂时恢复接触。
- 观察屏幕暗影分布：屏幕某一侧或某一区域完全无光，其余区域正常，通常是对应灯条开路。
- LED 灯条更换需要完全拆解屏幕，操作风险极高且容易损坏液晶面板。不建议自行维修，请联系康佳售后。

Meaning
The Konka TV has detected an open-circuit fault in the backlight LED strips. Error code E011 indicates that the current path in one or more LED strips is broken. The distinction from E001 is that E011 points specifically to the LED strips themselves rather than the driver board. The TV has sound but no backlight, or specific areas of the screen have no light at all.
Common Causes
- One or more LED beads on the strip have burned open, causing the entire series-connected strip to fail.
- Broken connectors or solder pads between LED strips — a connection point fails in a multi-strip series configuration.
- Fatigue cracking of solder joints due to thermal expansion of the aluminum substrate, especially in high-temperature areas around tightly spaced LEDs.
- The phosphor glue on the LED beads has aged, yellowed, or carbonized, breaking the internal gold wire bonds.
- Mechanical stress (pressure on the screen or shipping vibration) has dislodged LED beads from the strip.
- Excessively high operating current has accelerated LED chip degradation and open-circuit failure over long-term use.
Self-Check Steps
- Power off the TV, place it in a dark room, and shine a flashlight close to the screen to check for an image — visible image without backlight confirms a backlight issue.
- Gently tap different areas along the screen bezel while watching for brief flashes in dark zones — intermittent contact may temporarily restore light under vibration.
- Observe the shadow pattern: if one side or region of the screen is completely dark while the rest is normal, this typically corresponds to an open LED strip.
- Replacing LED strips requires complete screen disassembly and carries high risk of panel damage. DIY repair is not recommended. Contact Konka after-sales service.
