含义
康佳电视检测到 LVDS(低压差分信号)排线连接异常。
English
Meaning
The Konka TV has detected an abnormal LVDS (Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) cable connection. Error code E013 indicates that the communication link between the main board and the logic board via the LVDS cable is unstable or broken. The screen may show flickering, colored noise, no image, or misaligned image, but backlight is usually normal.
Common Causes
- The LVDS cable connector is loose or not fully seated, causing one or more differential signal pairs to disconnect.
- Broken copper wires inside the LVDS cable from repeated bending — especially on TVs whose screen angle is frequently adjusted.
- Poor ground connection on the LVDS cable shielding, allowing external EMI to degrade the signal eye pattern.
- Damaged or broken latch on the cable connector that cannot hold the cable in place.
- Signal attenuation from an excessively long LVDS cable, more pronounced at 1080p/4K high-frequency signals.
- Corrosion of the cable gold fingers by electrolyte leakage or other contaminants.
Self-Check Steps
- Power off, then reseat the LVDS cable connectors at both ends and ensure the locking tabs click firmly into place. Note the cable orientation to avoid reverse insertion.
- Gently wiggle the LVDS cable while watching the screen — visual improvement or degradation with cable movement suggests broken internal wires.
- Inspect the cable surface for visible creases, burn marks, or signs of corrosion.
- Clean the cable gold fingers with alcohol to remove oxidation or contaminants, then reconnect and test.
- If the cable is damaged, note the part number (usually printed on the cable ends) and contact Konka after-sales service for a replacement.
