系统过热报警。电视在使用中自动关机或弹窗提示温度过高，散热风扇异常运转或停转。
常见原因
- 电视散热通风口被灰尘堵塞或异物遮挡
- 内置散热风扇轴承干枯、卡死或电机损坏
- 环境温度过高或电视安装在封闭式电视柜中通风不良
- 散热片与主芯片之间的导热硅脂干涸失效
- 温度检测热敏电阻失效导致误报或保护阈值偏移
自助排查
- 检查电视背部和底部的散热通风口是否被堵塞
- 用吸尘器轻吸通风口清除积尘（勿用压缩气枪过近吹扫）
- 确认电视四周至少有10cm以上的通风空间
- 聆听风扇运转声音是否正常——无声音或有异响需更换风扇
- 若散热环境良好仍频繁过热报警，需检查热敏电阻和散热模组

System overheat warning. The TV automatically shuts down or displays a high-temperature alert, with the cooling fan running abnormally or not at all.
Common Causes
- Ventilation openings clogged with dust, pet hair, or obstructed by objects
- Cooling fan bearing seized due to dried-out lubricant or motor winding failure
- High ambient temperature or the TV installed inside an enclosed cabinet with poor airflow
- Dried-out thermal paste between the heatsink and the main SoC chip
- Faulty thermistor providing inaccurate temperature readings or shifted protection threshold
Self-Check Steps
- Inspect the ventilation grilles on the back and bottom of the TV for obstructions
- Gently vacuum the vents to remove accumulated dust (do not use compressed air too close)
- Ensure at least 10 cm of clearance around all sides of the TV for airflow
- Listen for the cooling fan — no sound or grinding noises indicate a fan replacement needed
- If overheating persists in a well-ventilated area, check the thermistor and heatsink assembly
