电机堵转保护。主控检测到电机转子被卡住无法正常转动，或转动阻力异常增大导致电机无法达到设定转速。

常见原因

1. 风轮被异物卡住（如筷子、锅铲等烹饪工具掉入）
2. 电机轴承严重磨损或卡死
3. 电机启动电容损坏或容量下降
4. 电机绕组短路或断路
5. 主板继电器或电机驱动电路故障
6. 长期未清洗导致油垢过多卡住风轮

自助排查

1. 关闭电源，等待5分钟后重新开机，观察是否恢复正常
2. 拆下油网，用手转动风轮检查是否卡滞，清除任何异物
3. 检查烟机风轮是否被厚重油垢粘连，清洗后重试
4. 若风轮灵活转动仍报E0，用万用表检测220V输入和电机绕组电阻
5. 如以上均无效，需联系售后更换电机或驱动板

3. Faulty or degraded motor start capacitor
4. Short circuit or open circuit in motor windings
5. Mainboard relay or motor drive circuit failure
6. Heavy grease buildup locking the fan wheel

Self-Check Steps

1. Turn off power, wait 5 minutes, then restart to see if normal operation resumes
2. Remove the grease filter, spin the fan wheel by hand to check for obstructions, clear any foreign objects
3. Inspect for heavy grease buildup on the fan wheel; clean thoroughly and retry
4. If the fan wheel turns freely but E0 persists, use a multimeter to check 220V input and motor winding resistance
5. If none of the above resolves the issue, contact after-sales service for motor or drive board replacement
