温度传感器(NTC)短路报警。主控读取到NTC温度传感器的电阻值接近0Ω(低于最低检测范围),判断传感器处于短路状态。
常见原因
- NTC热敏电阻两引脚被油污或水分导通导致短路
- 传感器引线绝缘皮破损,两根导线碰触短路
- NTC元件被击穿或失效(短路态)
- 接插件内部引脚间短路(进水或异物)
- 主板上NTC检测电路滤波电容击穿
自助排查
- 断电后清理传感器探头附近的油污和水分,用酒精擦拭后晾干
- 检查传感器引线是否有破损、裸露铜线,用电工胶带隔离或更换线束
- 用万用表电阻档测量NTC两端阻值,正常应有一定阻值(10kΩ或100kΩ量级),若接近0Ω则短路
- 拔下NTC插头后测量主板侧接口对地电阻,判断是否为电路板原因
- 若传感器本体短路,需更换NTC热敏电阻

Common Causes

- Damaged sensor wire insulation with exposed copper conductors touching
- NTC element breakdown or failure (short-circuit mode)
- Short circuit between connector pins due to water ingress or debris
- Failed filter capacitor in the NTC detection circuit on the mainboard
Self-Check Steps
- Power off, then clean grease and moisture from the sensor probe area with alcohol; allow to dry thoroughly
- Inspect sensor wiring for damaged insulation or exposed copper; tape or replace the harness
- Measure NTC resistance with a multimeter — a normal reading is in the kΩ range (10kΩ or 100kΩ typical); near-zero indicates a short
- Disconnect the NTC sensor and measure the mainboard-side header resistance to ground to isolate board-level issues
- Replace the NTC thermistor if the sensor element itself is shorted
