电机PWM驱动过载保护。主控检测到电机PWM驱动电流超过安全阈值，或MOS管驱动级温度过高，触发过载保护停机。
常见原因
- 电机绕组局部短路导致电流异常增大
- PWM驱动MOS管击穿或性能劣化
- 电机负载过大（风轮卡阻、轴承阻力大）
- 驱动电路散热不良导致MOS管过热
- 电流检测采样电阻阻值漂移导致误报
- 电源电压异常偏高导致驱动电流超标
自助排查
- 立即断电，等待10分钟让驱动电路冷却后重新上电试机
- 手动转动风轮检查是否灵活，清洗油垢和异物
- 用万用表检测输入电压是否在220V±10%范围内
- 若频繁出现E7，用手背靠近烟机底部感受是否有异常高温
- 如无法排除，需联系售后更换电机驱动板或电机总成

Meaning
Motor PWM drive overload protection. The main control detects that the motor PWM drive current exceeds the safety threshold, or the MOS FET driver stage temperature is too high, triggering overload shutdown.
Common Causes
- Partial short circuit in motor windings causing abnormally high current
- Failed or degraded PWM drive MOS FET
- Excessive motor load (stuck fan wheel, high bearing resistance)
- Poor heat dissipation in the drive circuit causing MOS FET overheating
- Drifted current-sense resistor value causing false triggering
- Abnormally high mains voltage pushing drive current beyond limits
Self-Check Steps
- Immediately power off, wait 10 minutes for the drive circuit to cool, then restart
- Spin the fan wheel by hand to check for smooth rotation; clean off grease and debris
- Use a multimeter to verify the input voltage is within 220V ± 10%
- If E7 occurs frequently, feel the bottom of the hood with the back of your hand for abnormal heat
- If the issue cannot be resolved, contact after-sales service for motor drive board or motor assembly replacement
