E2表示空调室内盘管温度传感器（管温NTC）出现故障。该传感器安装在室内机换热器盘管上，用于检测盘管温度，在制冷时防止盘管结冰、制热时防止过热。

常见原因

1. 传感器引线断裂或插头松脱。
2. 传感器金属探头从盘管插孔中脱出，无法准确测温。
3. 传感器NTC元件老化，阻值偏移。
4. 线束在长期高低温交变环境中老化龟裂。
5. 主控板检测电路故障。

自助排查

1. 关闭空调电源，等待5分钟后重新上电。
2. 打开室内机面板，找到安装在盘管弯头处的管温传感器。
3. 检查传感器探头是否牢固插入盘管插孔中。
4. 用万用表测量传感器阻值，对照阻值表判断是否正常。
5. 若损坏需更换，请联系售后。

Meaning

E2 indicates an indoor coil pipe temperature sensor (coil NTC) fault. This sensor is mounted on the indoor unit heat exchanger coil to detect coil temperature — preventing coil freezing during cooling and overheat during heating.

Common Causes

1. The sensor lead wire is broken or the connector is detached.
2. The sensor probe has come out of the coil insertion hole, preventing accurate temperature measurement.
3. The NTC element has aged and the resistance has drifted.
4. The wiring harness has aged and cracked from long-term high/low temperature cycling.
5. The main control board detection circuit is faulty.

Self-Check Steps

1. Turn off the A/C power, wait 5 minutes, then restart.
2. Open the indoor unit panel and find the coil sensor mounted on the coil bends.
3. Check that the sensor probe is firmly inserted into the coil hole.
4. Use a multimeter to measure the sensor resistance and compare with the resistance table.
5. If damaged, replace the sensor — contact service.
