1. 关闭电源后打开室内机面板，用手拨动风扇叶轮检查是否能自由转动。
2. 检查叶轮是否有异物卡住或与壳体碰撞摩擦。
3. 用万用表测量风机电机绕组电阻，判断是否开路。
4. 检查风机启动电容（交流电机），如有膨胀或漏液需更换。

2. The fan start capacitor has degraded or failed.
3. The fan motor hall feedback signal is lost (DC motor models).
4. The fan impeller is jammed by foreign objects or rubbing against the housing.
5. The fan drive circuit (triac, relay) on the main control board is damaged.

Self-Check Steps

1. Turn off the A/C, open the indoor unit panel, and manually turn the fan impeller to check for free movement.
2. Check if the impeller is blocked by foreign objects or rubbing.
3. Use a multimeter to measure the fan motor winding resistance — check for open circuit.
4. Check the fan start capacitor (AC motor) — replace if bulging or leaking.
5. If the above checks do not resolve the issue, replace the fan motor or main board — contact service.
