显示/缩放处理故障。图像显示异常包括画面比例不对、菜单OSD花屏或缺失、输入信号无法识别、分辨率切换时黑屏。视频处理通路异常。
常见原因
- 主芯片内部显示处理模块（Video Processor/Scaling Engine）寄存器配置错误
- HDMI输入端口ESD损坏或Rx端差分信号对短路
- 视频ADC同步信号丢失导致无图像
- EDID数据损坏导致源设备无法正确识别电视最大分辨率
- 缩放器帧缓冲（Scaler Frame Buffer）DDR访问时序异常
自助排查
- 切换HDMI线缆和输入端口，排除线材和端口接触问题
- 更换信号源设备（如DVD换成机顶盒），判断故障是否跟随信号源
- 尝试不同的分辨率和刷新率设置，确认哪些组合正常
- 如仅部分HDMI口故障，使用正常端口继续使用

Meaning
Display/scaling processing failure. The image displays incorrectly — wrong aspect ratio, corrupted or missing OSD menus, unrecognized input signals, or black screen upon resolution switching. The video processing pipeline is compromised.
Common Causes
- Misconfigured video processor or scaling engine registers inside the main SoC
- ESD-damaged HDMI Rx differential signal pair causing loss of video data
- Missing video ADC sync signal resulting in no image detection
- Corrupted EDID data preventing the source from correctly identifying the TV’s capabilities
- Scaler frame buffer DDR access timing errors causing display artifacts
Self-Check Steps
- Try different HDMI cables and ports to isolate cable or connector issues
- Connect a different source device (e.g. switch from DVD to set-top box) to test if the problem follows the source
- Experiment with different output resolutions and refresh rates on the source device
- If only one HDMI port is affected, switch to a working port as a temporary fix
